These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the services, websites, systems, and solutions provided by Fast Micro Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Fast Micro Solutions provides technology and security services including but not limited to:
• Managed IT services
• Cybersecurity protection and threat monitoring
• Cloud infrastructure and digital security solutions
• Enterprise technology consulting
• Executive protection and risk management services
• Digital privacy and security services
Services are delivered in accordance with applicable service agreements and applicable law.
Fast Micro Solutions operates in compliance with applicable laws of the United States, including statutes contained within the United States Code (U.S.C.), including but not limited to:
• 18 U.S.C. §1030 – Computer Fraud and Abuse Act
• 18 U.S.C. §2701–2712 – Stored Communications Act
• 18 U.S.C. §2510–2522 – Electronic Communications Privacy Act
• 15 U.S.C. §45 – Federal Trade Commission Act
• 17 U.S.C. – Copyright Act
• 35 U.S.C. – Patent Law
• 42 U.S.C. §1983 – Civil Rights Protections
Unauthorized use of Fast Micro Solutions systems, networks, or infrastructure in violation of federal law may result in civil or criminal enforcement.
Users agree not to:
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or networks
• interfere with cybersecurity protections or monitoring systems
• misuse services for unlawful activity
• distribute malicious software or conduct cyber attacks
• violate intellectual property rights
Activities that compromise the integrity or security of Fast Micro Solutions infrastructure may result in termination of service and legal action.
Fast Micro Solutions maintains privacy and data protection practices aligned with international standards including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
GDPR principles guiding our operations include:
• lawful and transparent processing of personal data
• purpose limitation and data minimization
• strong technical and organizational security measures
• protection of personal data confidentiality

Fast Micro Solutions may conduct business internationally and respects the legal frameworks governing commercial operations in jurisdictions where services are provided.
EUROPE AND GMBH CORPORATE LAW
Where applicable, corporate governance structures consistent with German GmbH (Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung) principles may apply to international corporate partnerships or operations. GmbH frameworks provide recognized limited liability corporate governance standards within European commercial law.
SPAIN
Business activities within Spain and the European Union are subject to EU commercial regulations and national commercial law including GDPR compliance requirements.
Fast Micro Solutions recognizes commercial and privacy laws governing operations within Latin America.
BRAZIL
Brazilian law includes the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), which governs personal data protection and privacy.
MEXICO
Mexico regulates privacy and business conduct through the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and the Mexican Commercial Code.
COLOMBIA
Colombian commercial activities are regulated under the Colombian Commercial Code and national data protection statutes administered by the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
CHILE
Chile regulates corporate activity through its Civil Code and evolving privacy regulations governing data protection.
COSTA RICA
Costa Rica regulates personal data through the Law on Protection of the Person Regarding the Processing of Personal Data.
BELIZE
Commercial activity in Belize may be governed by the Belize Companies Act and related corporate law frameworks for international business companies.
JAPAN
Business activities in Japan are governed by the Japanese Companies Act and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI).
AUSTRALIA
Australian corporate and privacy regulations include the Corporations Act 2001 and the Privacy Act 1988.
All intellectual property associated with Fast Micro Solutions, including trademarks, technology frameworks, service methodologies, software systems, documentation, and branding, is protected under applicable intellectual property laws including:
• United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C.)
• United States Patent Law (35 U.S.C.)
• International intellectual property treaties
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.
Fast Micro Solutions provides services designed to improve technology security and operational protection. However, no cybersecurity system or protective service can guarantee absolute protection against all external threats.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fast Micro Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third‑party cyber activity, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond the company’s reasonable control.
Users and clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast Micro Solutions from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of services, violations of law, or breach of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by applicable laws of the United States and any applicable international commercial regulations governing cross‑border transactions.
