FAST MICRO SOLUTIONS
REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Last Updated: 2026
This Refund and Return Policy governs purchases, service agreements, and transactions involving products and services provided by Fast Micro Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing services, technology solutions, or security services from Fast Micro Solutions, clients agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
These policies reflect industry practices similar to those used by enterprise technology companies, including service frameworks referenced by global providers such as IBM and Microsoft.
Fast Micro Solutions primarily provides professional services, including cybersecurity services, managed IT services, cloud infrastructure support, enterprise technology consulting, and executive protection services. Due to the nature of these services, many offerings involve digital infrastructure, consulting time, system deployment, or security planning.
Because these services involve immediate delivery of expertise, labor, or digital infrastructure, they may not be eligible for traditional product returns.
Refunds may be considered under limited circumstances including:
• billing errors
• duplicate payments
• services that were not delivered as contracted
• technical service failures attributable directly to Fast Micro Solutions
Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the transaction or service delivery.
Refund determinations will be evaluated based on the service agreement, the nature of the services provided, and applicable legal requirements.
The following services are generally non‑refundable once delivery or work has begun:
• cybersecurity assessments or threat monitoring
• IT consulting and professional advisory services
• executive protection planning and deployment services
• custom technology solutions or software configuration
• digital infrastructure or cloud deployment services
These services involve immediate allocation of technical resources, personnel, or security infrastructure.
Fast Micro Solutions conducts transactions in accordance with applicable United States laws governing commerce and consumer protection, including:
• 15 U.S.C. §45 – Federal Trade Commission Act governing fair business practices
• 18 U.S.C. §1030 – Computer Fraud and Abuse Act protecting computer systems
• 18 U.S.C. §2701–2712 – Stored Communications Act
These laws protect both the company and its clients from unauthorized system misuse, fraudulent activity, or unfair commercial practices.
Refund requests and related communications may involve personal or transactional information. Fast Micro Solutions processes such data in accordance with international privacy standards including the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
GDPR principles relevant to refund and customer data processing include:
• lawful and transparent data processing
• protection of personal financial information
